The Major Oliver Houses and Streets of London.

There are many houses and streets that the different Oliver families have lived in through the years in London.I have tried to put them in order of what I believe shaped the Olivers family history. Here are the 5 places which I believe fall into that catagory.I have started with the oldest first and moved further through time to roughly when the families started to move more apart.

                                            34 Hanley Road,Islington.

John Oliver(1824 - 1893) was the man responsible for moving the Oliver family to London(from Hackwood Road,Basingstoke,Hampshire)to 34 Hanley Road in Islington. This happened between the 11th December 1863 and the 24th February 1867.There was only 1 Oliver born there but I believe he had a major impact on the Oliver family(although he never had any children).Frank Oliver was the first Oliver to be born in London and later worked for Schweppes and lived at 55 Deerfield Cottages,West Hendon.Frank was born in 1867 and died in 1941.The Oliver family moved shortly afterwards to Muswell Hill.34 HanleyRoad still exist today.
