Francis Oliver 1761 - 1838

 

Francis Oliver,son of William Oliver(1730 - 1812) and Anna(Dicker)Oliver.

 

He was 1 of 7 children.

 

William Oliver 1753,Isaac Oliver 1757,David Oliver 1759,Francis Oliver 1761 - 1838,Jacob Oliver 1763,Charles Oliver 1765 and Peter Oliver 1769.

 

Francis was christened 1st November 1761 in Oakley,Hampshire.

 

Francis marries Ann Butcher 26th March 1785 in Candover,Hampshire.

 

Together they have 11 children.

 

Ann 1787,Charles 1788 - 1866,Francis 1791 - 1869,Charlotte 1793,Hannah 1795 - 1795,Dinah  1796 - 1883,Elizabeth 1798,Lucy 1802,Robert 1804,Mary 1817 and John 1820.

 

Francis dies of old age on the 19th October 1838 in Church Oakley,Hampshire.

 

I have a copy of Francis death certificate and it is the oldest certificate we can get as people were first properly registered in the 1830s and the first census started in 1841.
